Junior Systems Engineer/SAP - Technical Track

In the technical role, you work with the configuration and technical setup of SAP — shaping how the system is structured, integrated, and optimized. You develop certified competence within BTP and BDC, and become the person in the organization who owns the technical layer of the SAP environment. This role gives you access to one of the world's most complex enterprise systems at a depth most developers never reach — not just writing code, but understanding how large-scale business systems are actually built, connected, and run.

In the application track, you work with business processes — understanding how they're designed, where they break down, and how SAP can support them better. You become the person who translates between what the business needs and what the system can do. This role suits someone with an industrial engineering or business background who has a genuine interest in technology and wants to work at the point where strategy meets operational reality.

• You have a background in industrial engineering, business, or a related field — with a clear technical interest

• You understand business logic and can connect processes to system functionality
